At My Perfumes VIP, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. We offer two shipping options: Express and Standard. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order is shipped.
Standard Shipping: 12 to 18 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order is shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs procedures, and shipping carrier delays.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. The shipping fees for each option will be displayed on the product page, and you can choose your preferred option during the checkout process. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after they are placed. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that some items may be restricted from shipping to certain international locations due to customs regulations or other restrictions. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied to your package upon arrival in your country.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
